Additionally, when purchasing observIQ products or services, we may collect billing and financial information you provide.

In order to provide an easier login experience, certain observIQ products and services, including BindPlane OP, may allow users to login with Google credentials through the Google login API or similar self-authenticating methods. User email addresses, profile pictures and other identifying information associated with such self-authentication are collected and stored to allow access to such products or services when authorized by the user during sign-up.

When do we collect information?

When ordering, registering or logging into observIQ products, completing surveys, product reviews, “open answer” sections of forms, requesting support, using live chat, using observIQ demo environments, entering information on our website, participating in observIQ webinars, or subscribing to newsletters or marketing communications you may provide information we may collect including Personal Information. Additionally, we may collect such information at events you attend or during phone calls or emails with observIQ representatives. This information is collected when you choose to provide it to us.

When AI features are enabled, applicable input data may be collected. AI features are disabled by default.

Bindplane collects user email addresses and profile pictures if the user authorizes Bindplane access to their Google account during sign-up.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you in the following ways:

To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products.
To follow up with you after correspondence (live chat, email or phone inquiries).
To develop new tools, products, or services.

Logged IP addresses are used as a business critical need to prevent unauthorized access to our website and demo environments.
Referring URLs are logged as a means to better understand the usage of our website and demo environments.
To authenticate and grant account access to products and services, including Bindplane, during login.
Applicable input data related to AI features is used to generate suggestions and will never be used for training purposes.
We do not store AI feature inputs after processing. Data is used solely during transmission to generate a response and is not retained.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access or use, destruction, modification, or disclosure.

The observIQ website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

We ask that you do not share or publicize an unresolved vulnerability. If you responsibly submit a vulnerability report, the observIQ security team will use reasonable efforts to:

How does the observIQ site handle Do Not Track signals?
